Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Ardencote Destination Spa day programmes and non-resident treatments require payment in full at time of booking. Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date change or request a refund.

Spa Days and treatments are non-refundable

Adding additional treatments to your booking can only be booked 2 weeks prior to your arrival subject to availability.

Individual treatment bookings do not include access to spa facilities. All prices are quoted in GBP, include VAT and are subject to change.

At least 48 hours notice is required for cancelling treatments. For Ardencote Destination Spa day packages we require at least 72 hours notice. Group bookings of 5 or more people require at least 7 days notice.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it. We have treatments available with male and female therapists. Please specify when booking if you have a preference for either.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Ardencote Spa team upon arrival.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment or package in order to complete your health questionnaire. If you are delayed, then, unfortunately, your treatment may have to be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next booking.The treatment price will remain the same.

Etiquette

Spa Loungers cannot be reserved, and any discarded towels will be removed. Outdoor loungers are available seasonally. Ardencote Spa Day and Break guests will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers on arrival.

For hotel and spa day guests, upon arrival, you shall be presented with a wrist band which allows access to the Destination Spa.

Trolley tokens or £1 coins are needed for lockers.

Free Parking is available for all members and guests.

Please bring your own swimwear, gym wear and trainers so that you can make the most of your Ardencote experience.

Robes may be worn in all areas of the Ardencote. We do respectfully request that robes are not worn for breakfast or dinner.

Ardencote Destination Spa is for adults, 18 and over.

Health

Our Treatment Rooms and Spa relaxation Lounge do require stairs to gain access. We do have a downstairs treatment room should you need assistance please call ahead and let our Spa team know.

As some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions, we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire when you arrive for your treatment or package.

It is important to let us know of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy prior to your arrival. Please note thermal experiences and heated spa pools are unsuitable during pregnancy and whilst under medical supervision.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

Valuables

It is not advisable to wear jewelry whilst visiting Ardencote or during treatments, we recommend that you do not bring valuables with you.

Alcohol & Food

Ardencote is a fully licensed premises; it is against the Hotel Premises License for guests to bring alcohol onto the premises for personal consumption.

It is against the Hotel’s policy for guests to bring food onto the premises for personal consumption.

Noise

We kindly request that you keep noise to a minimum whilst using Ardencote Destination Spa facilities.

We want you to enjoy your time at Ardencote Destination Spa, so conversation is fine but please be respectful of other clients who may be having a post treatment rest. Your mobile phone must be turned off or set to silent while in the Spa and Relaxation areas.

Luggage

Please note that luggage or handbags of any size will not be allowed in Ardencote Destination Spa facilities. Should you require any items from your luggage, please do so before entering the facilities.
