Renewal Indian Head Massage
Drawing on ancient techniques & focusing on energy centres for the head, neck, shoulders and scalp. By using key acupressure points to relieve stress and tension, this helps to release the flow of energy promoting a sense of renewal.

Revitalising Foot & Calf Massage
A cooling & revitalising treatment, using lymphatic massage techniques to help with water retention & blood circulation. Treating the soles of your feet to a pressure point massage which aids pure relaxation.

Brightening Facial
An intensive triple action facial, for the correction of existing dark spots, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone, revealing fresh, bright and radiant skin. This indulgent facial is ideal after sun exposure, for dull and uneven complexions and is suitable for everyone, even during pregnancy and sensitivity.
Light Lunch Served from 12pm - 2.30pm
3 hour access to the Destination Spa 10am - 1pm OR 2pm - 5pm
Access to the Outdoor Hot Tub, Out door pool & Indoor Pool area, Gyms, Squash Courts & Tennis Courts from 10am - 6pm
Out door pool - is weather permitting and temperature above 15°

Terms and Conditions
Spa Days are non refundable, If you need to change your booking, you can transfer to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book.
Inclusive 25 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated per guest in the next available slot at the time of booking.
We have Male and Female Therapists should you require a female therapist please inform our reception team at the time of booking.
Treatments start from 10.00am. Requests for specific times or treatments at the same time cannot be guaranteed.
Treatment choice for each guest required at least 24hrs prior to arrival. When possible, treatment times will be confirmed prior to arrival.
Inclusive lunch menu will be offered on the day
Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 10am - 6pm
3 Hour Destination Spa access will be either morning or afternoon and will be pre-allocated by our Spa Team subject to availability. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna, Out Door Swimming pool ( weather permitting )
