Booking & Payment Non-Refundable Payments: All treatments are non-refundable.
48-Hour Notice for Changes: If you need to change your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. You may transfer your appointment to a later date or hold your credit until you are able to re-book.
Arrival & Treatment Time Arrival Time: Please arrive at Spa Reception 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in and to complete your consultation form, this is essential for your safety and to tailor the treatment to your needs.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
Age Restrictions Minimum Age: Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over only.
