To ensure a flawless OPI Pedicure
Arrive with clean, dry feet. Avoid applying lotions, oils, or perfumes beforehand, as these can create a barrier that affects the adhesion of nail products.
Refrain from applying foot creams, oils, or lotions before your appointment. These products can leave residues that may interfere with the pedicure process.
If you're wearing polish, please remove it before your appointment. This allows your technician to assess your natural nails and proceed with the treatment without delay.

Booking & Payment Non-Refundable Payments: All treatments are non-refundable.

Arrival & Treatment Time Arrival Time: Please arrive at Spa Reception 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in and to complete your consultation form, this is essential for your safety and to tailor the treatment to your needs.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
