Treatments are non refundable, If you need to change your booking, you can transfer to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book.

Please arrive at Spa Reception 15 minutes prior to your treatment.

We have both Male and Female therapists, should you require a female therapist please inform our reception team at the time of booking.
