Booking & Payment Non-Refundable Payments: All treatments are non-refundable.​

48-Hour Notice for Changes: If you need to change your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. You may transfer your appointment to a later date subject to availability. ​

Arrival & Treatment Time Arrival Time: Please arrive at Spa Reception 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in and to complete your consultation form, this is essential for your safety and to tailor the treatment to your needs.​

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation, and the full treatment fee will still apply.​

Age Restrictions Minimum Age: Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over only.​

Important Notes Preparation: Ensure you are ready for your appointment at the correct time. Late arrivals may lead to a reduced treatment time or cancellation.​

Health Information: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking to ensure your treatment is safe and suitable for you.​

Mobile Phones: To maintain a tranquil environment, we request that mobile phones be kept on silent or switched off during your visit.​
